The journal comes on the market twice a year, in June and December. For the apparition in June number, the manuscripts must be sent until 1st May and for the number in December, until the November 1st.

The articles will be edited in English. Please pay serious attention to the English version translation correctness.

We recommend that the papers should be thoroughly structured in order to ensure the clarity of the content as well as the essence of the approached topic. All the articles must present original researches.

An RDT copyright form will have to accompany your submission (the signed copyright form has to be scanned). You can get the .PDF form version on-line (see the link bellow). Authors are responsible for obtaining any security clearances. All authors have to sign the copyright transfer form. There are some restrictions regarding the length of the copyright file, so please read carefully the instruction provided there.

Abstract

The paperwork will contain a 100 words abstract, followed by 3-5 key words. The abstract must conform to Font Times New Roman, 10 character size, italic, one line spacing.

1. INTRODUCTION

Main titles must be written in cap locks, Font Times New Roman, 10 character size, bold, Justify and Numbering. Please leave two empty rows before each main title.

Paper text must be written as follows:

·  Font Times New Roman, 10 character size, Justify,

·  One line spacing,

·  Standard A4 format portrait,

·  Left, right, top, bottom margins: 2,5 cm,

·  2 columns alignment,

·  1 cm indent for each paragraph first line.

In the introduction please formulate the work's purpose, justify the chosen theme and briefly explain the approach and the necessary arguments.[i]

1.1.1. Recent theories

Subtitles and sub-subtitle must be written with sentence characters, numbered and indented. The use of subtitles and sub-subtitle is justified only when in one section appear two such divisions. Do not use footnotes. If necessary, use endnotes.

2. Tables and figures

Tables and figures must be dimensioned and aligned in the article's body as the authors wish for it to appear in the journal. Pay attention because each one of the tables and figures must appear on a single page. Their content must conform to Font-Times New Roman, 10 character size, and the columns title edited in Font-Times New Roman, 10 character size, bold.

The title and tables numbering will be aligned on the top, and the title and figures numbering at the bottom. The source must be mentioned when necessary. When referring to them, the number of the tables and figures will be arranged in the text content, in brackets, as in the following example: (figure no. 1); (table no. 1).

The graphics must be clearly realized in order for the black and white copies to be as legible as possible. Number all the equations and formulas by putting their numbering in brackets, at the right.  Explain the abbreviations and the acronyms when they first show up in the text, even if they have been explained in the abstract.

3. QUOTES WITIN THE TEXT

When you refer to previous research within your article, choose from the following options:

a) For a single reference, single author: (Nistoreanu, 2002).

b) For a single reference, two co-authors: (Nistoreanu and Dinu, 1997).

c) When taking over a quote you must indicate the page (p.), or pages (pp.): (Nistoreanu and Dinu, 1997, p.23)/ (Nistoreanu and Dinu, 1997, pp.23-27).

d) If the reference is from three or more co-authors, you must indicate the first two and you should use the phrase "et al": (Nistoreanu, Tigu et al, 1999).

e) For multiple references: (Tigu, 2002; Dinu, 1997).

f) When taking over quotes from more than one paper works by the same author, you should make the reference chronologically. If the author has published more than one paper works in the same year, you should make the differentiation by using small Latin alphabet letters: (Nistoreanu, 1997a; Dinu, 2003b).

g) For (editor) or (editors) use the abbreviations (ed.) or (eds.). For edition or editions, use the abbreviations edn. or edns.

h) For the references from the internet, put in brackets the web site address, if the author's name is not specified.

4. CONCLUSIONS

A conclusion section is necessary. The conclusions may emphasize the main issues of the work, but without reproducing the summary. The conclusions may comprise aspects concerning the paper importance or may offer suggestions regarding the applicability and research widening directions.

BIBLIOGRAPHY

The bibliography list must comprise only the papers that were referred to in the text, alphabetically ordered after the first author's  or editor's surname.

·  For book volumes, please use the following model: The author's surname, initial (initials). (Publishing year) Title (italic), Publishing House, Publishing place.

Example:

Nedelea, A. (2008) Tourism Marketing, Derc Publishing House, Tewksbury, Massachusetts.

·  For periodical magazines, use the pattern: Author's surname, name initial (initials). (Publishing year) Title (italic), Periodical's title, volume (number), article pages.

Example:

Powers T.F. (1993), A Look Back, A Look Ahead, Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Research, 17(1), pp.1-14.

· For internet resources, mention the name of the author (if specified), document whole title, complete title of the paperwork it was extracted from, web address, and the date you accessed it. 

Example:

http://www.wall-street.ro/.../Site-urile-de-turism-in-cautarea-modelului-de-business.html, 2007.

·  Please do not surpass 8 pages, including bibliography and annexes.

·  Do not use page numbering.

·  The articles you send must be Word format with doc. extension.

·  The articles that do not comply with the instructions will be rejected before the peer review.
